Q: I signed up for one of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services' electronic newsletters but it gets caught in our spam filter. What can I do to help it reach my “in box?”
A: Add our From Address webmaster2@bankinginfo.wolterskluwerfs.com to your address book or safe senders list to help improve deliverability.

Q: My email address has changed. How can I update my address so that I continue to receive the E-News?
A: Send an email to us including your name, old email address, and new email address. An email notification will be sent to you once your email address has been updated.
Q: I signed up for one of the E-News publications but I would like to stop receiving it and have it sent to a coworker. How should I do this?
A: Use the process found at the bottom of your next E-News to unsubscribe. You will need to do this for each E-News publication that you receive from us. Your coworker can subscribe at any time to one or more of our publications using our convenient E-News Sign Up form.
Q: How can my coworkers sign up?
A: Please have your coworkers sign up for the publications of their choice by completing the
E-News Sign Up form.
Q: How can I remove my name from the E-News list so I no longer receive a specific E-News?
A: Use the process found at the bottom of your next E-News to unsubscribe. If you receive multiple E-News publications, you will need to follow this process for each publication.
Q: May I sign up for more than one E-News?
A: We encourage you to sign up for as many of our complimentary E-News publications that you may find beneficial. Simply, complete the contact information on the
E-News Sign Up form, indicate your publications of choice, and submit your request. A brief description of each publication is viewable by positioning your cursor over the publication title.
Q: How many people from an organization can subscribe to each E-News?
A: There is no limit to the number of people within an organization that can subscribe to our E-News publications. We believe that each E-News contains information that would benefit multiple people.
Q: How will I know if I have successfully subscribed to the E-News?
A: After submitting your subscription request, you will receive an email confirming your subscription.
