Adequate Notice Program 2—Consumer

This program addresses the "adequate notice" requirements of Section 326 of the USA PATRIOT Act by informing account owners that your financial institution is now required to verify the identity of all individuals, maintain records of such verification, and compare identification with government lists of known or suspected terrorists. This program includes the sample language provided in the final Section 326 regulations. The language is appropriate for consumer accounts.
