HOPE for Homeowners

HOPE for Homeowners (H4H) is a new temporary Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage insurance program that helps borrowers who have difficulty paying their mortgage. This program allows qualified borrowers to refinance into affordable FHA-insured mortgages while providing lenders an opportunity to gain borrowers’ trust following bad experiences with loans in default.
